Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment only. However, emergency cases can be treated at our clinic at each doctor's discretion. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. 

Patient Arrival Policy

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up-to-date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits; they may be a little uneasy around new people, new surroundings, and other pets. If you have a pet that is more nervous around other dogs, we are happy to escort you and your pet into an exam immediately upon entering the clinic. It is also important to keep in mind that many of the patients that come into our hospital aren't feeling very well. This can make them less tolerant, not themselves, and even contagious to other pets. For this reason, we ask you to restrain your pet by placing on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room; and to be attentive to your pets. For your convenience, we have complimentary leashes available in our lobby.

Drop-Off Appointments

Drop-off appointments are available for pets that need evaluation, but there isn't an appointment block available that day. These appointments are available upon approval from a doctor, and can be offered to you as an option.

Walk-in appointments

Our clinic operates by scheduled appointments, so we generally do not accept walk-ins. However, if one of the doctors on staff is able to see your pet we do our best to accommodate you.

Refill requests

If your pet requires a refill on a prescription, our hospital asks that you give us 24 hours notice, as approval from a doctor is required before filling the medication. We also require that your pet's annual wellness exam is up-to-date, and all required bloodwork, in order for us to routinely refill prescriptions.
